Yes, around 40% of our customers are international customers, from various parts of the world as listed above.
Typical samples tested by us are light and small. Our customers use courier services, such as DHL, Fedex, and EMS, for sample delivery.
Most customers make payments to us by telegraphic transfer (bank transfer). We also accept Paypal payment (credit card payment).
The standard lead time is 5 working days after the test samples are received by us.
We issue manually signed hardcopy reports and courier them to customers. We also scan the reports in PDF format and email them.
Yes, we email draft reports to customers for their review of customer declared information, including client’s name/address and sample description.
Yes, we can arrange sample returning according to customers’ instructions.
