The TP875.1.I Globe Thermometer Probe is designed for accurate measurement of radiant heat, a key parameter in thermal comfort and heat stress assessment.

Featuring a Ø150 mm black globe with an integrated Pt100 temperature sensor, it measures the combined effects of radiation, air temperature, and airflow, making it suitable for applications such as WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) monitoring, workplace safety, and environmental studies.

Built with a 4-wire Pt100 sensor and Class A accuracy, the probe ensures reliable and stable measurements. It complies with relevant standards such as ISO 7243 and ISO 7726, making it suitable for professional heat stress analysis.

The globe temperature is required in the mean radiant temperature (MRT) calculation (additionally, the air speed information is needed).

The stem diameter is 8 mm and the cable length is 2 m (with 4-wire open wire). For calibrations, the globe can be easily removed and the thermometer needs to be calibrated as a normal thermometer without the globe.
