The SMARTBOX-8CH Smart Sensor Hub is designed to simplify field installations by allowing up to 8 Modbus sensors to be connected on a single RS485 bus, reducing cabling, power losses, and installation complexity.
It acts as a central interconnection point, distributing power to sensors while providing surge protection, signal conditioning, and optional optical isolation. Multiple versions are available to support different installation needs—from short cable runs to long-distance communication, including radio transmission up to 5 km (LoRa/ZigBee).
With its IP68-rated enclosure, wide operating temperature range, and flexible architecture, the SMARTBOX-8CH is ideal for weather stations, environmental monitoring systems, and industrial sensor networks, enabling reliable and scalable deployments.
